β β β β β The service take longer than other branch, but they do more indept checking and the technician is better in problem solving. The Cons part is they stop the complimetary drinks and snacks in customer waiting lounge with the reason of Covid19, cannot make sense.

β β β β β Nissan service centre does your car servicing by appointment.. But the only thing is, due to the full lock down, you cannot use their customer waiting room... Get someone to pick you up, go for a drive thru breakfast and your car is ready to be collected! Good work Nissan! ??

I only ask about road tax. where is your manners, No need to be so rude. I didn't ask for money from you. this female kind a fat and look like boyish haircut

β β β β β The Chinese lady Ms. Yeh is very helpful. I waited for my car from morning till afternoon and my phone was low battery. I asked her if she knows anyone has iPhone charger while she was busy. She told me one of her colleagues has the charger. I did not want to disturb that staff because he was busy with other customer, suddenly she got a charger for me. Thank you!

β β β β β Poor customer service. I came for spare part ordering and making appointments but getting redirect between hardware and sales department. Sales advisor communicate in a rough manner and request car grant for part ordering? Even though several message has been sent but no reply at all. Please train and improve customer service at this branch.
