Authorised service centres for most carmakers are always notorious for charging customers . I wonder why this is so...n Nissan Service Centre is never cheap by standard.
Nissan should not take the advantage of the customer by forcing them to come n service their vehicle at authorised centre or the warrranty will be void....very selfish.
Talked so much of good management n svs...Kota Bharu branch cant even provide a car wash service which to me for an obvious reason that the car wash is the least income generator there. The centre wont go out of the way to get a good carwash because they are not putting the customers satisfactions as thier priorities.Even if They give a half corked svs to the customers, we have no choice because of the warranty bound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure to book first before coming here. If booking slot, normally it would take 2-3 hours. If walk in you have to wait like one eternity for your car to be ready. Customer service is the best. Have one air conditioned room with tv and coffee/tea dispenser and biscuit.. a lot of biscuits ? for customers while waiting their car to be ready
