★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nissan Car Service center, waiting room with air condition, television, wifi, hotdrinks liked teh tarik, black coffee and biscuits for free, clean toilets and u can see your car from the glass wall room which is located at the first floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't take too long to get my car serviced. Definitely not enough seats in the waiting room. Should rearrange the chairs. This could have increased seating by 50 %, from 4 to 6, I believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to visit this service center because they have a lounge for customers with wifi and TV. I could do some work while waiting for my car servicing is completed. There is also a self -service pantry to make coffee or tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take months to provide replacement for spareparts - ABS related spareparts, aircond compressor etc. Maybe, not due to inefficiency from service center but more on Nissan overall operational/system efficiency. One example, request for replacement of my wiper but when collected, they forgot to replace it. Until I ask, they admit their mistake. Still not at par when compared to Honda Service Center.
