โ โ โ โ โ Quite unprofessional service. Mechanics outside or other Tan Chong was quoting much lesser. Not sure how Nissan Kepong is run but receiving 3 different quotation after constantly challenging their service agent is not really normal practice.First quotation amounted to 10k, second quotation (after asking for itemised billing is 8k), final billing is 5k. Wonder if itโs because insurance claims are taken for granted. Would definitely not buy a Nissan, let alone send it to Kepong to fix.

โ โ โ โ โ Exorbitant charges on repair. Charges excessively for repairs that are not necessary. Charged almost 10k for minor works when mechanics outside are only quoting 1k for the very same repairs. Donโt send your cars here unless you want to be ripped off. Disappointing to see poor business etiquette for a big company.

Batu Caves staff sucks. All Nissan go for lunch time and no one around to help. Ridiculous

โ โ โ โ โ Encik Fahmi from Body and Paint did a great job handling my accident claims, body repairs, painting and liaising to fix my airbag sensor with the service side. He was very responsive to WhatsApp messages and phone calls about the progress. TQ to En Qayyum from Service side too.

โ โ โ โ โ They dont answer phone calls during Saturday. Reason being lack of manpower. So if you own a Nissan and have an emergency, you cant call in here to check on anything on a Saturday.
