★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper tools to do manifold gasket seal replacement and have damaged the fastener head while removing without a proper tool. Now I am the owner of the Serena C26 will have to bear the cost of fastener replacement and have asked to wait for tools available. As per routine maintenance check, I will also required to replace my car spark plugs and manifold gasket. Now will Nissan service centre take the blame or the owner???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go there for full checking my car. i have explained the problem.Wait almost 5 hours and they have explained nothing wrong in my car. However , when i go back and check the problem, i can see there's water in my bonet. how come they sais everything is ok?do they really check my car? I am so dissapointed.
