Not only was Alex (who was the project lead) knowledgeable (advising which brand and horsepower to install based on the size of each area), he was also very professional in terms of ensuring that the whole job was being carried out smoothly. His team arrived at the site on time and everything was done professionally. Alex provided updates about the progress at site via whatsapp as I wasn't around to monitor at that time. At the end of the day, I can be assured that I have made the right choice in choosing Nixtron as my air-cond installer. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 out of 10 would recommended to use this service. Even thou accidentally send them inquiries late at night but they still humble to answer all questions and problems with your aircond. And really appreciate their efforts to squeeze a time slot for my aircond service. Not to mention also check and recommendations what need to repairs as my unit too long didn't service. Will use this services again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to the Nixtron team to salvage the poor workmanship of another aircon contractor who was not able to deliver.
Desmond at Nixtron was patient and friendly and took his time to understand the situation and promptly coordinated to have his team attend to my issue.
Alex and team diagnosed the problem and provided different solution options. They were punctual in delivery and kept me abreast of the progress and matters which required attention and was able to complete the work successfully.
All in all, a friendly, professional, competent and experienced team which I will highly recommend and will re-engage instead of chancing it with any "hit or miss" air-con contractors. ?
