★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling driving. For a firm who is supposed to be a professional transport company who knows where they find their drivers. An extremely close to near head on whilst dangerously overtaking in a blind spot was what it took for the driver to finally listen to everybody on board to slow down. Despite having children on board and previous requests to drive sensibly. I would not wish to travel with them again and really hope they improve their standards for people’s safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are travel agency organizing jungle treks and activities in Taman Negara park. They also organize transportation to and from Kuala Tahan with the boat and mini vans, I think also to other places. Boss speaks quite good English, also they have a restaurant. Would say they can be trusted....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told a 10 am bus from the national park would get back to KL Chinatown by 2 pm since the trip was only 4 hours. What they failed to mention was that the mini bus stops here, and then has a 2 hour layover before continuing on to KL.

The worst experience I had in Malaysia.
They just want to sell the package tour, while something happened, they just said they can't solve the problem, they have no idea .
If you arrive Taman negara, you have a lot of choice ,so cheap and worth it! Please do not choose NKS! They won't improve if there's lots of customers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient way to book buses onwards from Taman Negara and a good level of English spoken. However, very expensive compared to the local bus (especially to KL), we had to wait nearly 2 hours in Jerantut for a connecting minibus to Kuala Lumpur and the driver was extremely careless and dangerous at times. I'm convinced in the UK he would have been pulled over for dangerous driving, way too fast when it was pouring with rain and clearly doesn't know how to drive economically or safely - full on accelerator or harsh braking, came very close to ramming cars infront and made one passenger sick just driving in KL! The driver was working on Saturday 17th Dec, just drove the stretch from Jerantut to Kuala Lumpur. Get the local bus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a visit in Taman Nagara we got stuck in Kuala Tahan because of lack of transport options due to post-ramadan celebrations. Regardless of bad reviews we booked transport to Kuala Lumpur with NKS travel that seemed to be our only option. I'm writing this review while still in the bus to make sure I don't forget to aware people about this scam company.
The trip from Kuala Tahan started with a minivan that took us to Jetantut where we were dropped off at company's office ( and restaurant) and asked to wait for 1,5h. The lady working at the office asked us for a voucher for the further trip which we have never received ( and as we later overheared that wasn't only our case). I'll add here that the tickets costed us 75myr and for that price you would expect a certain quality of service.
The bus that arrived to pick us up was just horrible. At the first glimps it was very old and dirty. The air inside smelled of mold and it made me feel sick the second we walked in. By the first stopover I had difficulties to breathe.
The driver was extremely careless. He drove very fast, not even slowing down on turns. I certainly felt worried about our safety. He did not drive fast going uphill,because that is when the bus slowed down to maybe 20km/h. At some point the driver had to stop at the side lane to check the engine which was boiling hot ( which we felt sitting in the last raw of seats).
Additionally my seat was broken and wouldn't stay in the upright position so I had to spend the entire trip reclined. Also forget about seatbelts. There were none.
We travelled around Malaysia with buses during the whole trip and that is by far the worst experience we have had.
By now we are already an hour late and it is not due to traffic. I foresee another hour of travel at least.
Stay away from NKS at all cost.
The same trip with public transport will cost you a half of what we paid and will be surely better than what we had to go through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an owner this place has ! Very honest. He gave us all the best advices for our journey from Taman Negara to Melacca. He offers us free shuttle from the bus station to Jerantut Central.
Don’t hesitate to do buisness with him when in Jerantut !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a scam! They charged me 250€ for 2 persons for 2 days! The hostel was dirty and bad quality!
The personal was absolutely absent. They never try to help us.
The activity are very poor! The night walk jungle is a scam! you walk in the night in the garden of a resort! The guide speaks english very bad. It was hard to understand him.
The food is included in the tour! But it's so poor. Food from jail is better!
We complain. They told us to send an email. They never reply.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AGENGY TO ANYONE.
Go to Taman Negara by yourself.
