There are so many "Nasi Kukus" (steam rice) offerings in JB, but if you really have to get one, this is a MUST TRY! 1. The place is Hip, Clean and decently decorated (for a Majlis Food Court category) 2. The service is quick and the food handlers wear proper attire with scarves, hat and proper shoes. 3. The food is pipping hot and you can see the boiling large pot of 'gulai' in the middle of the stall. 4. They clearly put up business hour notice and signage to direct people whether you are there to dine-in or simply just to take away. 5. Last but not least, it's the price! For current market condition, theirs are extremely cheap and affordable ranging between RM5 -RM10 per meal. Menu Tip: Try their 'Beef Gulai' or 'Mutton gulai' Visiting Tip: Come early before the peak of lunch hour and do note that they CLOSE every 2nd and 4th monday of the month. #bestnasikukus #goodeats #foodcourttampoi #jbfood

A very delicious treat for lunch. From chicken to beef and also a set of a mix of both, each is quite fulfilling for my taste.

Nasi kukus with chicken or daging~ daging is very soft~ chicken is not bad also but all were served in cool condition except the rice. Chilli is kinda special and very spicy.. Environment abit dirty, table and chair were oily

The best nasi kakwok in JB so far. I just moved to JB from kelantan. Been struggling with food here. ? Luckily this restaurant save me from starving ? Overall, it is good. But it is my opinion. The taste depends on person. I recommend it.

Full of customer at luch time but Servis sepantas kilat. I ordered nasi kak wok with separate curry and chilli. Steaming hot fluffy rice, perfectly cooked fresh fried chicken, juicy and you can taste the herb and had amazing smell. Their curry really special if you afraid of spicy just tell them you want separate. Chilli paste to scary for me and i dont want to give a try, you can ask separate too. Their price really suprise me and definately will return here again. Keep it up guys. This is food court area so you will always have empty table for dine in and they maintaining this food court really good and clean. Ample parking here so you dont have to worry.

Great food, the kak wok was originally from kelantan.. and compared to this it almost the same taste.. This stall deserve 5 ? because they deserve it, have completed tissue, plain water, clean and nice environment.. The price was really affordable at range starting from rm5+... There were variety of choice to choose such as lamb, duck and many more.. Will repeat again in the future

High recommended by a friend. But disappointed with their fried chicken and mutton. Perhaps I should give another shot when dine-in is allowed.
