Contact Customer Service Noir, they are past number to another. almost 3 number they shared to contact. at last they told to call their hotline number. Very disappointed. Maybe the fault is not on the Noir side but on courier side. But as a seller you know to manage the issues like this. Not give for many numbers and ask customers to contact one by one. You in one company here must have good communication to solve it. I Expected very high on Noir. But it's very bad service at all
