★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Order with this shop twice, late for both delivery.
First delivery late for about an hour, second delivery promise to be reach the premises at 3pm, then call and inform delay till 6pm, without notice waited till 8.30pm, and lastly reach my home at 11PM!!! Late for 8 hours!!! Worse experience ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wont give this store any stars! delay delivery! they promised delivery would be in 10 days. I have to rush back from kelantan just to make sure that i can attend to the delivery but guess what they called me and said dwlivery was cancel? the heck??? as easy as like that? and they offered me 2 free pillow just to cover their mistake (sorry im not taking the bait). Im forcing them to delivered it by today no matter what happen! they didnt seems to understand and still insist to send it on the next day. Okay fine, then im asking them to return my deposit. short story long.. they delivered to my house after hundred times forcing them to come over today. like common you guys dont know time management is it?? pastu ada jugak barang yg miss. sumpah takyah beli kat kedai ni lah wehh buat skait hati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret of going there without checking the google review and rating. The sales person who attended me, she was rude to another customer and act arrogant to me. I really don't like the way she deal with me because she tried to manipulate.
Now I got way more better offer and good customer service from another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg! I was denied entry twice into this shop! The foreigner mending the entrance was so rude. Second time he jumped up from his lunch and told me that I have been there, why am I there again and blocked my way. I said want to see around but was denied and another Chinese woman came and said she rather lose business than allow me to enter. I kept asking why and finally I asked if I'm denied because I'm not the same race as she is, and she said yes. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the product not quality and not comply to customer required.
I requested the sofa cover is washable type. And the salesperson said they will do for it.
After the couriered, I forget to check. Another two weeks, I tried to remove and found that they give the item with low quality and the cover cannot be removed.
Strongly advise don't order from the shop. Can refer the photo. Angry mood!
