As I am working abroad, had to ask Maybank to appoint me a lawyer after a full settlement of my housing loan.
So I paid fully for RM950, end of December, with the firm promised that the documents will be ready in 2 months. I just received the documents fully on April the following year, after chasing them like hell.
Additionally, I came and paid on a Saturday. But when I got to know my documents were ready for collection on a Friday, did asked whether I can collect on the next day, Saturday (since I am flying out of Malaysia on the same weekend), the reply was: No.
Avoid, at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it taking them very very long just to settle property ownership transfer... it's been 1 year plus and still counting but still nothing happening.. call ask for update, say this week, next week, so on.. but nothing really happened, very disappointed in thier service.. payment already done in full but didn't delivery the service. Spoken with Kumutha and also Jasbinder, all same only.. talk and talk with many excuses and reason but no results.. everytime no follow up or update.. we have to call and check every single time. Please stay away from this firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybank Seremban appointed this firm to settle my property ownership transfer. it is taking them very long just to settle property ownership transfer... it's been 8 months but still nothing happening.. call ask for update, say this week or waiting for the dispatch to return. but nothing really happened, very disappointed in their poor bad service and empty promisses.. payment already done in full for RM 1,050.00 so much earlier but didn't deliver the service. Spoken with Vani.. talk and talk with many excuses and reason but no results.. everytime no follow up or update.. we have to call and check every single time. I firmly suggest to please stay away from this firm.
