Very bad service and customer service. Layan customer macam sampah.. dah buat salah sikit pon tak cakap sorry. Janji lain buat lain, bile tanye kite yang kene marah balik kenape tak contact office bagai, padahal dah datang butik mintak refund dorang suruh deal dengan person incharge. Totally worst experience dealing with their workers. Will banned this butik forever.
Very bad service and customer service. Customer service is like garbage .. I made a few pounds, I can't say sorry. Another promise for another, when I asked the kite who was angry, why didn't he contact the office, even though the boutique had come to ask for a refund and told him to deal with the person in charge. Totally worst experience dealing with their workers. Will banned this boutique forever.

Order dari 14/4, yg dia bagi cuma tracking no je Tapi sampai dah expired tak boleh nak trace. Baju sampai hari ni xde apa cerita. Btw bukan beli baju pre order pun. Please lah seller, tak berkat ye meniaga macam ni. Btw i bukan beli baju raya pun. Lepas ni memang dalam list lah banned.
Order from 14/4, which he shared only tracking no je But until it expires, you can't trace it. Clothes to this day xde what a story. Btw don't buy pre -ordered clothes either. Please be a seller, no thanks for trading like this. Btw i didn't even buy a raya shirt. After this, it is on the banned list.

Order completed pada 8hb apr 2022. Call nombor2 yg dlm resit, dlm website,dlm google. Xde org jawab. Email tanya progress order pun xde respon. Whatsapp via website link, baruuuu la nk bgtau yg order akan dipos arini (20hb apr!!! Bukan baju pre-order pun!!!) Justification dia : byk sgt oder masuk. Sehari lebih 400 order. Why is that my problem??? Beli awal sbb nak dpt awal. Kalo nk dpt lmbt, buat ape beli awal2? Ikut kesesuaian masa korg pulak bila boleh pos? Melampau.
Order completed on 8th April 2022. Call the numbers on the receipt, on the website, on google. Xde org answer. Email asking for order progress and xde response. Whatsapp via website link, baruuuu la nk bgtau yg order akan dipos arini (20hb apr !!! Bukan baju pre-order pun !!!) Justification dia: byk sgt oder masuk. More than 400 orders a day. Why is that my problem ??? Buy early to get early. If I can get it, why buy early? Follow the suitability of the time when you can post? Extreme.

Order 8april. Masa ke butik kata boleh pick up untuk tukar size if salah size. Datang ke butik untuk try size but only ade size xs untuk semua colour. Should be bila you buka butik org Expect untuk dtg and try size. So at least you letak different size with same colour pon takde masalah. But only pon xs size untuk org tengok design saje kot tak boleh nak try size. Then masa menjual janji bagai akan ship tepat 20 april tapiiii sampi ke 24 april baju tak sampai sampai. Whatsapp tak response dm tak reply. Senyap je. Then decide nak dtg butik balik and pickup sendiri baru la diorg update yg baju anak tercicir order and ade dekat tailor. Paling kelakar, diorg ask untuk dtg pick up malam. Mcm takde keje lain nak dtg butik dia saja. Then after argue they promised to bgi by hand on that night, then i whatsapp again ckp kurier dah pickup at 8pm. Padahal saya dtg butik at 11am. Ade masa 9 jam untuk komunikasi tapi saya tak tahu la ape yg diorg buat. Last dapat my order on 25 april baru completed order. Overall, worst experience, bad customer service, slow response or ignore response, bad communicatiom between staff, bad organization skills, that why keep missing order. Last beli dari this butik. Ade hanta lagi nak release baju 25 april and ship time 25-30 april. Order yg sebelum ni pon tak setel nak buat order baru ?. Last last tak boleh tukar size pon. So worst experience!
Order 8april. Time to the word boutique can pick up to change the size if wrong size. Come to the boutique to try size but only ade size xs for all colors. Should be when you open a boutique org Expect to come and try size. So at least you put different size with same color pon takde problem. But only pon xs size for org look at the design only the coat can't try size. Then the time to sell promises as if it will ship on April 20, but until April 24, the clothes don't arrive. Whatsapp tak response dm tak reply. Be quiet. Then he decided to come back to the boutique and pick up his own, he just updated that the children's clothes had dropped the order and went to the tailor. Funniest, diorg ask for dtg pick up tonight. Mcm takde keje lain nak dtg butik dia saja. Then after argue they promised to bgi by hand on that night, then i whatsapp again ckp kurier dah pickup at 8pm. Even though I came to the boutique at 11am. Ade has 9 hours for communication but I don't know what he did. Last got my order on April 25 just completed order. Overall, worst experience, bad customer service, slow response or ignore response, bad communicatiom between staff, bad organization skills, that why keep missing order. Last buy from this boutique. Ade Hanta wants to release the clothes on April 25 and ship time on April 25-30. The previous order was not set to make a new order ?. Last last can not change the size of the pound. So worst experience!
