β β β β β I made 2 pairs of progressive lenses and one has transition. I requested for Zeiss for the transition one but they mixed it up by placing Crizal instead while giving me Zeiss without transition. I paid Rm5k plus for 2 lenses but d quality and after sales service is not up to par. I went back after 1 year because of detachment of Crizal coatings but was told that warranty was over. I recently found out from other optician shop that Crizal suppose to give 2 years warranty?
