★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. I bought a Betta fish. The boss is willing to answer my questions and teach me how to take care of the fish. There are many types of fish, pretty and cute fishes in the shop too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes the owner is friendly, shop is clean but be careful don't judge a book by its cover. I was a loyal customer and been to purchase many things (not living things) from this shop because i trusted them till this incident occurred. Last week i went to this shop to buy a gold fish (red cap oranda) and the owner sold me for RM30 (he reduced from RM48 after i said its expensive), the fish was not even that big. Once i brought it home, the fish does not want to swim at all and remain at surface at a corner and within 24 hours next day i texted the shop owner talking about the fish condition and even shared the picture since the fish is floating horizontal like lost of body balance. He asked me to quarantine it in separate tank with air bubbles since he afraid it might got shock and does not want to swim. (first question if a fish is scared, why it would swim upside down?) Well thank god i had extra pump and managed to keep it separately with oxygen supply. What if i don't have extra pump , how can i supply the oxygen, do i need to take out from my main aquarium that has other fishes? Fine, then i called back the owner and said its still the same, he then told me they will not take back living things that has been sold since they do not know what might happened in the middle. I trusted your shop and buying things but you did not trust me as your loyal customer, why? why would i want to do something in middle on the fish? He said even if i bring it back he wont sold back to customer, what he can do is to quarantine and will try to cure the fish then i can take it back.(it was really hassle to go forth n back as well the fish will die on the way to shop since i don't have battery operated pump). I was puzzled and not happy with his response. The fish exhibit symptoms of swim bladder disease and therefore i tried my best to cure it with the swim bladder medicine and other steps that i self research from google. It was only okay for 1 day and then started to fall sick again. This morning it passed away and i felt so bad, well for you it might be just one of the fish in your collection of history dead fishes but for me it was a life. Please try to be kind before and after you sell your goods no matter living or not living. Thank you from 5 star initially to 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop few times purchase Fluval soil, the price always different, first time serve by a young man RM60, second time purchase with an uncle RM67, third time with that uncle also RM70. Recently they open a new shop Aquascape World, I saw the Fluval soil with price tag RM60 and the sales girl told me they always sell RM60, I feel been cheated ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought fishes to pick up a new hobby.. literally conned by boss.. selling different species and sizes of fishes to us, ended up larger fish eaten up smaller fishes and some fishes fallen sick.. hmm.. lesson learned.. self research n study r important than blindly believe in businessman ?
Ps: Then we buy next door then we met good guy n new friend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a lot of fishes, driftwood and hardscape to choose from. 4 star because there was a big fat cockroach in the middle of the driftwood room. good place to buy supplies for aquascape. wish they labelled the price clearly for everything
