I have informed them came back my money as soon on that day that I sent but the service very slow and many reasons
No follow up

They asked me for more documents to receive my westren union money. When I called WE, they said no need.
They aren't professional at all.
Don't waist your time here. Go somewhere else.

Was there to collect money with MTCN and ID card provided, they rejected to release the money because my name in the form didnt follow exactly like my IC. Hello! Dont you know family name is usually be placed at the back of given name? The entire process and experience at this outlet was indeed very unpleasant
