I went there due to a/c failure in the car and she told me that it will take 3 to 4 days to wait for the reply from the HQ since she isn't sure if its included in the warranty or not. When the warranty certificate clearly indicates what is covered in the warranty and what is not included in the warranty list. Other than that their mechanics are good.
