โ โ โ โ โ My family and I bought two crabs today and the other turned out to be dead and the meat is no longer fresh. The meat was kind of rotten and it was emanating an awful smell from it so we couldn't eat it. It was an expensive crab as well, with it being RM60+ the total amount being RM120. The other crab was delicious but it's really wrong for them to sell us a dead crab (the crab was alive when we saw it but we didn't lock at the salesperson packaging it so they mightve changed on with a dead crab.)

โ โ โ โ โ I went to one of your branch in BMC mall on 19/03/2022 at 9.40 am. I went to look for blueberries, since there's no blueberries, so I went out straight away. And One of your security guard requested to check my bag as if I have stolen something. The way he asked is impolite. And when I asked what's his name. He is not willing to tell. Kept insisting that's his job and the Malay girl at the side also started showing irritated face and said that his job. And so did your other security staff. Please improve your staff quality and service. I felt very much offended. I will definitely not visit your BMC Mall branch ever again.

โ โ โ โ โ Great shopping place .. almost anything for the house.. only that signboards not enough to guide customers to relevant sections and sub sections.. vegetable side plenty.. impressive as well for the seafood section.. kind of got to go again shopping mall...

โ โ โ โ โ I like that there are many types of vegetables. But their organization is not intuitive. Curry paste was not with the curry powder but at the frozen section.
The worst is the self serve section and that you have to return lined up to pay. Either let people pay themselves in the same counter or get your staff to be cashier. Lining up twice is a pain and the most inefficient thing to do

โ โ โ โ โ As usual NSK are famous for their vast amount of goods that we can choose from in affordable price.
Many kinds of fresh fruits can buy from here.
For me, their fish has many choices but not all of them are fresh.

Lighting is good. Vegetables are fresh but please visit on Tuesday. Monday items are usually leftovers from Sunday. They don't have enough time to restock on Monday morning.
Poultry, fish, beef and pork is available.
