β β β β β Through FB business page bought a set of desktop with add on 2 units of 24" monitor at a top up of RM750 and serviced by this gentleman by the name of MOHD AZLI BIN ZAMRI.
When contacted via FB and subsequently in Whatapps (+60173110708), this gentleman whom self-claimed is the co-owner to this computer shop.
Before proceeding with the order, i have in many occasions obtained from this gentleman his confirmation if the desktop and monitors are BRAND NEW and not the refurbished/Used.
When he the desktop sets and the 2 units of monitors delivered to my place and I found out that is a refurbished set.
When being confronted, he promised will replace the desktop and monitors but to not avail after many attempts to follow up.
This purchase is full of deceits and strong element of cheats. The case have bn filed with Consumer Tribunal.
