★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star. Well lighted parking facility, acceptable spacing between cars / lots. Ladies and hybrid car lots are available, based on signboards I saw. I didn't see emergency alarm or security doing patrols during this visit to Nu Sentral. One bit of grouse though, there is no clear sign to ENTER the parking level, so first time visitor might miss it. I had to go through the buses waiting area (express buses like Air Asia LCCT bus), and almost missed the parking entrance immediately after the turn / corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022 update : too bad, no more flat rate on weekend so consider quite expensive.
Flat rate on weekends so it's a good option to park here for long hours. Easy to find empty spot. Might be quite narrow for big cars. Google map will not take to the right entrance. Just find Starbucks and drive a lil bit to the front and you'll see the entrance on the right-side, at the end of the building, just before the corner.

From street level, you may take the ramp down near the KL Sentral main entrance or another entrance by the side of Menara 1 Sentrum (turn left just after AmBank). The car park itself is well maintained and clean but can be quite crowded on weekends. Self service payment via cash or Touch & Go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I search for rates,and it says flat RM5 for Saturdays. And weekday after 6pm is flat rate too. But i was charged RM50 yesterday. Why i give 1 star???!!!! Extremely bad information for public. Luckily i just top up my touch and go, otherwise i ll be stuck.there with cars behind me.bodoh!!!!
