★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya agak kecewa dengan service yg diberikan oleh salah seorang staff dari butik Nurraisha pada hari ini. Saya faham pelanggan agak ramai di musim perayaan tetapi pentingnya service dengan customer perlu dijaga supaya pelanggan tidak tersinggung. Bagi saya cara layanan yg dberikan agak kurang sopan dan tidak kena cara dengan imej butik yg dikenali ramai..Ini bukan kali pertama saya membeli dgn butik ni, tapi pada hari ini ( 3 June 2019) kejadian mengambil tudung dari tangan customer yg masih nk cuba tudung utk buat pilihan agk keterlaluan bagi saya dan tanpa senyuman memberi baki wang kepada saya semula apabila saya confirm nk beli tudung tersebut.. ucapan terima kasih jugak tak saya dengar.. Saya harap pihak butik dapat menjaga kualiti service dengan customer supaya imej butik ini tak tercemar..
I was a little disappointed with the service provided by one of the staffs of the boutique Nurraisha on this day. I understand the customers quite a lot during the festive seasons but the importance of service with customers needs to be kept so customers are not offended. For me the way the service is so polite and it's not a way of knowing the boutique image. It's not the first time I bought this boutique, but today (June 3, 2019) the incident took the lid from the hands of a customer who was still trying the lid to make an overwhelming choice for me and without smiling gives me the money back when I confirm nk buy the lid .. thank you I did not hear it .. I hope the boutique can maintain the quality of service with the customer so that this boutique image does not polluted ..
