β β β β β Not reliable at all. Booked the service at 9am, driver sent early at 8:30am without my notice while I am on my way back from market. Then office informed me whether can sent the maid in the afternoon as the driver told her/ him that maid not turn up for work in the morning. But driver text me that he sent the maid to other place as I am not in when he sent the maid early. After all, end up no maid come and that's all for their so call professional cleaning service. When call up the office contact number, didn't pick up call and jz text me that she/ he is driving, will call back later. Really sucks service.

β β β β β Very very irresponsible cleaning service company. Talk rudely. The night before the scheduled date, double confirmed with client at midnight. In the morning, 10 minutes before the scheduled time, sms to tell me the driver canβt pick up the maid cause the maid tak masuk, after that the driver was no answering call anymore so they canβt do anything already. What kind of service is this? I would have rate them zero or even negative stars if there is these options.

β β β β β Super bad service!!!
The day before we arranged a maid for next day. Suddenly at that morning been informed that the maid is on emergency and what not..
Then they requested for change on their schedule. Even the change, weve agreed. They did a cancellation again!!
This happened, 3 times in a row cancellation.
Which i felt super2 bad because our house is not yet cleaned for one whole week.. If they informed they cant come, atleast i can arrange with other people earlier!
And finally they mentioned, my place is too far away from kajang. So the driver cant send, a stupid reason as they were sending in before.
Soo pls keep note, im writing after a real frustration of their service! Pls dont subscribe them as u will have a huge frustration.
Avoid them at all cost!

β β β β β I've booked for an appointment but they cancelled it the night before coz they have no maids available. My booking was done days before and been confirmed twice. They then convinced me to take another day, which doesn't make sense coz not to my availability. I totally feel this is not a professional service!

β β β β β I am truly unhappy and disappointed with the services. My intention to hire 2 maids to do the cleaning work faster. Unfortunately, the agency set the minimum 4 hours for each maid. I am fine as long it can provide good services. UNFORTUNATELY one of the maid is pregnant. Hence she can do much cleaning work. What's worst, they seems not professional in their job. They did only one time mopping and the floor still sticky with detergent. Forget about the detail part, even I have to take part in that cleaning too. Simply can't tolerate with those charge expensive yet giving monkey job. I've instructed them to clean all toilet before doing other stuff. Leave the ground floor for last cleaning session. Yet they never listen, and they keep doing same things twice due to unprofessional experience.
I need to continuously monitor their work and this is truly unnecessary. I've to instruct them again and again for some cleaning routine. In fact, I can do better job than them. What a regret!!!
I totally can't comprehend their service situation. 2 maids, 4 hours, pregnant lady and small double story house. There is not much furniture as it meant for rental. But it took them 4 hours just sweeping, mopping and wiping mirror & dust????? Seriously???? They don't even clean my window.. SUPER LAZY MAID IN THE WHOLE WORLD I guess. Well Well, just unlucky me to not check the review prior booking.
For those who intend to get part time maid, o would not recommend. Totally NO

β β β β β The worsted cleaning service ever, I booked 2maids for 4 hours, already many times previously and informed them about their worst service. But still same.... This time worser than last time.....Im just so disappointed. They broke my washing machine pipes and ceiling fan too, Im couldnβt able to attached the pictures here. And their boss are so rude when we complain about their maids. I really have lots to say. Please donβt ever book them and they are not professional at all.

β β β β β DON'T TAKE THEM AS CLEANER!!! BAD COMPANY! Not a professional cleaning company at all. I have ordered 4 hrs cleaning for a studio 500ft2, paid them extra RM20 for bringing the tools, which supposed to include vacuum machine, cleaning liquid and diposal bags and etc. They dare to come to the place without bringing vacuum machine, told the maid to inform me vacuum machine is spoil. Hey...Jusco is anyway, u know you going to take up a job to clean, u should purchase it earlier. You don't even prepare newspaper for your maid. Newspaper is the cheap tools can clean windows very fast and efficient! U ARE A CLEANING COMPANY, HOW CAN U DON'T KNOW THIS? Plus their maid is not very good in organizing, need to direct her and supervise her work. Due to lack of proper tools issue, maid not only take longer time to complete her work plus i have to lay hand and do cleaning as well. I have rang up the booking number to tell her what is going on, she takes no action and even no after sales service action. I will definitely bring this to consumers rights hotline and related authority. See the photo attchment below, the floor cleaning liquid not even enough... leave a few ml, still bring to site no spare one. Laosy management skills! Second photo shown the tools they have, no vaccum machine, no newspaper, no wc brush at all.

β β β β β They canceled their service for me 2 times after ive booked them a week before. And they simply ask to change time. If i am sooo freee i would hv cleaned the house myself,no need to call for cleaners. It is because i am too busy to clean, and not always at home, thats why i called them. But they think we are available at all time so they can just change time to whenever they want. Worst service ever
