★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ridiculous to wait for over an hour just to buy a few tins. I understand the need to wait if there's a long line but no, the counter staff skipped the few of us for a "bigger" customer that took like an hour? Why in the world did it take you so long?? What's more, attempting to forget about us afterwards because they have to serve the customers coming from the function held just outside the office. If I hadn't voice out, I wonder how much longer I'll have to wait? Also, I must note the weak system that only one counter is open during the function because all workers went working for the function. And oh yeah great I have to pay this much parking fee for your absurd faulty system. I hope you improve your system because it greatly decreased my interest and confidence in your products.
