★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros. The breakfast set is tasty and totally worth the money, although regular prices are quite high. Nice variety of pescetarian and vegetarian options (hummus FTW!). Really friendly staff, they served the breakfast set without any problem when it was almost 11:30 am, when promo ends.
Cons. Furniture is obviously shabby and refurbishment is highly advisable. Also the upsetting thing is enormous amount of plastic, literally every single piece of pastry comes in separate package, even what's not meant for takeaways, is it really needed? You could at least swap plastic stirring sticks with ordinary teaspoons which are more convenient and look and feel better, and also put sugar bowls on the tables instead of giving disposable sugar packs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty sandwiches made by friendly attentive staff. We were there at around 10am 29th June 2019. Management, if you're reading, reward this crew. They are customer service oriented with a smile. There was an old man in a wheelchair, and one member of the crew took the trouble to wheel him to the toilet and back again, while the rest covered his tasks seamlessly. O'Briens offers some decent value packages for breakfast and tea time. Not the cheapest sandwiches in town, but a good selection and tasty as well; but with friendly, considerate service like this, I'm sure others (like myself) will be back. We also happen to like the wasabi flavored potato chips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & cozy place for coffee and their sandwiches are great. It is all about hearty sandwich and salads. Not the cheapest sandwiches in town but a good selection and tasty as well. Cappuccino-slightly strong, foamy, just the way I love it, great aroma. The place is kept clean at all times. Friendly staff. Easily accessable, located in Great Eastern Mall. Must have coffee place, would recommend and come back again.
