β β β β β Location: located in Parit Buntar commercial centre which houses governmental services, e.g. land office. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Ample municiple parking and indoor secured parking at premise. Surrounding is quiet and peaceful.
Hotel: clean, nice and cosy setup. Reception staff is very friendly and informative. Inside premise has elevator.
Room: clean and modern decoration. Unit comes with fridge and security box. Love that the table is moveable to suit my natural lighting need when working. Unstable internet connection at times, not really condusive if want to work inside the hotel room during the day, especially when you are chairing a virtual meeting. Bed is super comfortable and I had a good night sleep. Water pressure is strong for a good hot shower session.
Additional: buffet-styled simple Malaysian breakfast with fruits is included. Nothing fancy. The fried poppiah and fried chicken are very crispy and tasty. If only the fried nooolde is not too spicy, that would be perfect.
Overall, comfortable sleeping hotel with good service. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Iβm glad that finally we found a decent hotel to stay at my dadβs hometown. Itβs a new hotel, very clean, private parking, strategic location, decor is simple and pleasant to the eyes, wifi is good, aircond is good, staff very helpful, I got my reservation via phone call and itβs cheaper than online booking.

β β β β β Peaceful and quiet place located at Parit Buntar commercial center. It is a few units of 3 storey shoplots converted into a hotel with an elevator. Ground floor is a row of shoplots of food & drinks (tealive just next door), beside is Longwan supermarket.
Hotel & service: Reasonable rate, cheaper rate to call hotel directly. Clean & cold with 24 hours receiption, staff are well train; polite, friendly and helpful. Limited hotel parking but can park along the road side.
Deluxe King room: Well design and spacious with good quality parquet flooring. Super comfortable bed (Dreamland) & pillow, you can enjoy a very good sleep here. Has a table lamp, 5 wall sockets without USB charger, a simple open cabinet, mini safe box, a movable small working table about 90cm x 45cm, electric thermos flask, 2 cups and spoon, mini bar, few packets free coffee, tea & sugar, mineral water .
Limitted Astro TV channel, Unifi wifi in room 2.4G.
Toilet is not so big but it is clean and well maintain with good water pressure, towels and toiletries.

β β β β β Definitely enjoyed my stay here. Nice, clean, cosy, comfortable mattress and pillows even though it's just a 'tiny hotel'. Will come here again if I visit Parit Buntar.

β β β β β New hotel, very cozy, what u see on their website is exactly what u'll get?????comfy mattress, room slipper, mini bar in the room??? and most important thing it is so clean and...hey coffee lover u gonna like this..they have coffee machine @the lobby ??? . Very near to eateries and convenience store. Hey O&G, i definitely will come againβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

β β β β β New hotel. Very clean n neat. Good & friendly customer service. Next to the hotel is some shops and small shopping centre. Hotel provide free coffee n tea. Highly recommend. Will stay again soon.

It's a boutique hotel with small room however facilities are satisfied.
No covered parking.
Breakfast reasonably satisfied. Recommend for short stay and small family.
