β β β β β This company has the worse service that I ever encountered. I was dealing with them twice and disappointed all times. Most probably this company is too wealthy until they do not care about sales and service anymore.
For the 1st time, they took up my things and kept for more than a month without any action until i could not wait any longer, I asked them to return my things though.
Recent 2nd time, I thought I wanted to give a chance to compare quotation from a few sources. I had request a quotation for more than 2 weeks and it doesn't happen again. I called to sales person, they keep delaying and give excuses. Well, I promise there is no more business opportunity dealing with this company.
