β β β β β customer service need to be improve. went there and being left alone before i decided to leave and went to other eyewear retails. there was only one customer at that time before came another one after me. but i was being ignored. or shld i be the one who need to approach the staff first? is that how it works there?

β β β β β After changing the location of the shop, the number of glasses has droped and even the quality seems like also not like previous. In another hand, workers at there is not responsible and not interest to approach me too, they chitchat in the counter, just chill, relax, like waiting the time to go home. I need to go to the counter ask and ask and ask to get the information of lens and price, even the types and functions of the lens they seem like also not understand, owh yea maybe is they dont want to "waste time" on me.
Anyways, I used to be the customer for this shop 6 years ald, but after this time experience I have decided to go others shop. Keep your eyes on your shop quality and worker attitude, or you will just lose all your customer in a short time.

β β β β β I feel hesitate of doing multifocal but this shop is highly recommended by my friends. Staffs explained the products very well and clear my doubts, and now i have my 1st pair of multifocal and i love it! Happy customer here! Will definitely recommend this shop to my friends as well!

Kate (found out later that she manages the place) was helpful and professional. Loved the attention given by the staff. Being courteous to all customers (quite packed, mind you) was very refreshing.
Loved their food. Making it my mission to try all??

β β β β β Bought a spec last 5 months for me and my wife, cost me RM600+, but the βfilm fragmentedβ so quick for our spec and when i came to seek for solution they blame me for putting my spec in my car?? I dont think that should be an issue as i have spec from focus point and Dr Spec last time with not such problem. They recommend to change the lens at full price!! THEY HAVE LOWEST SPEC QUALITY AND POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.
