★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovering mold on my mattresses was so disheartening. So glad to come across Oassist on the internet. They responded to my email enquiry re cleaning on the same day that I emailed them. And even though it was pretty late at night that I saw their whatsapp message and replied, the person that I spoke to, Thalex, was very helpful and fixed up an appointment the very next day to do the cleaning. How's that for speed and efficiency? Truly impressed. The service team who came, Wai Kee [hope I spelt name correctly] and Yap did a really fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable and so kind, patient and polite. Answered all my questions and did not hesitate to come again when I had one or two concerns. Can't commend them enough for what they did. Even received a nice certificate for display in the home to say that the mattress and beddings have been cleaned, sanitized, sterilized and disinfected. All in all , the experience with Oassist from the start to when the job was completed has been hugely positive and reassuring. I would highly recommend Oassist and would not hesitate to use their service again. Much appreciation and a big thank you to you guys. And keep up the good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very happy with the service. For the 6 stages cleaning that they provided, the price is really affordable. Even clean top bottom side of the king size mattress together with headboard! All for 190 before discount (mine comes with 5 discount). Even got a free hand sanitizer and 50 voucher together with certificate of cleaning :) Very punctual reached job site on time and friendly. Once cleaning done even my room smell good and the fresh smell linger for a while. It got rid of the stain also. The service provider even recommended me to change my mattress as it have flattened on my side of the bed.

The staff explained to me the process that were being carried out and advised me how to keep my sofa free from fleas. They were thorough with their work and polite at the same time. Will definitely use them again in the future..Overall happy customer!

Thanks to this team got her mattress restore to newest possible. The process is clean and professionally done. Great thing they explained to my mother what found in their machines that bring them a extra credit ??
