★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using this service since November last year for a hair salon business and we strongly DO NOT recommend it. We had to do half of the set up ourselves because they lack staff and not enough time to switch over from old system for us and understand our requirements fully. Well, to be fair staff were overall still supportive since, but the overall system has many limitations causing us to use many roundabout ways to do things. It also has so so many bugs and often we feel like we are their company's prototype testers. The reports they have are not useful showing 7 day dashboard view rather than cummulative monthly sales. For end of the month closing there is no mega report that can allow us download each item and servicing staff without troubling their staff to go into system to pull out for us. At the begining we were not able to get the report we want, eventually when we could due to their upgrade we did download but info are inaccurate. So 6 months before MCO it was still like that although they previously told me they had all the report i needed. When i raised to their country CEO and told them we want out or compensation, he told me can give us some sort of discount next year when we renew! We contacted their Singapore hotline and eventually also got ignored, no one looked into our case. We cant wait for my one year contract to end. BEWARE retail owners!
