There are also Jobsheet been given to customer, in order for us to check our laptop status. The receipt also been given in Whatsapp which is really convenient.

I had some doubt to send in my macbook for repair (in the beginning) but alhamdulillah Mr Amir's service was honest and he was very meticulous in his job. My laptop is alright, they did well (at least to my limited knowledge). My mother also serviced her laptop and added SSD from this shop. It's great. I recommend going for their services. Warm and helpful.
Service + SSD (240GB) was RM440.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve sent my laptop for service + water damage la sebab spilled kicap on the touchpad. Overall experience just so so. The person in charge did the job well besides inform me clear about my laptop conditions. The touchpad still works normally.
Updated: less than 24hours touchpad doesn’t works. And i realized he not closed properly the back lid laptop. Scratch and dented also found on my laptop ??♀️ Poor service! Not worth it sending my laptop for service here!
Also talking how they handle my laptop ah, why doesn’t they inform me about using it. WITHOUT MY CONSENT. How come u open my laptop and listening song on youtube. And the rest don’t know what else they godek2 inside my folder or anything. Hopefully just that la. But still it’s not proper manners la. Should inform me about that since it’s not belongs to you.
Okay, I add some la maybe they still wanna check inside how’s the laptop performance but still if u said my laptop was ok everything means the laptop should be shutdown earlier before I pick up. I did inform what time I wanna take my laptop but come late due to urgent things. And also I will check my laptop condition at there in the shop before I gone back.
And the girl staff or don’t know who’s she there. HELLOO please la have manners n common sense ya. I was checking my laptop on the table and YOU WITHOUT ASKING MY PERMISSION just get the laptop from me like that. So rude ya. At least you asked and tell me what you wanna do with my laptop. Not until I’m asking you then tell me you want to get my laptop system information. This should be done earlier before I come to take my laptop. Besides, I walk-in the shop you boleh pandang me atas bawah dengan kening berkerut. Ehh? I just want to take my laptop eh not hutang u there.
I was expecting when I come to get my laptop they already put all inside in my laptop bag like how I give them to service but wowww the laptop was charging n open youtube lagi. Laptop bag also until I’m not asking about it maybe they won’t give it. Alahaii!!
