Reached out to OKCS and managed to speak w Mr Zul over the phone and told him what i was looking for, what i need it for and also my budget. He recommended me few laptops within my range and i was happy with my choice. Laptop these days are so advanced that its almost over spec what you need it for and prices are getting too competitive for us to choose one over the other. I thank you Mr Zul and his staff for making my decision quick and easy. I was also given free laptop bag, 2tb pendrive and a mouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience, sent laptop (can't power on) on Saturday evening, by 7pm they called me to inform that they can repair and quoted the price. If I agree for them to proceed it would be ready by Monday. Since it's urgent, picked it up on Monday and laptop is working fine now. I recommend this place, it's 1 floor above Jaya Grocer, towards the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high responsive, their staff even reply queries in the mid night! So if you have any questions, just drop them an whatsapp, they will definitely reply to you - around the clock!
The shop is open at 10am but one of their staff came at 9am and being super helpful to meet my urgency! And most important, didnt overly charge.
Highly recommend and will return in the future :)

This is my first time upgrading my laptop and I'm not really good with laptop but i asked my friend and he said i can get cheaper price somewhere else. But for me it was worth it and my laptop condition is noice now ?. Not sure about the pricing, but if u guys need a fast service, this is the right place. U guys can ask about the price through WhatsApp
