β β β β β We furnished the entire apartment with furniture bought from OK Furniture at its Seri Kembangan outlet. The prices were very reasonable and the staff especially Ah Ting ιΏε©· was helpful and experienced on her recommendations. Thumbs up to them. They deserve a 5-star.

β β β β β A very reasonably priced furniture shop. I had visited a number of shops before deciding that OK Furniture met my budget and that was in 2015. The staff are friendly and helpful in suggesting. Really appreciate that since I have the opportunity to custom order to my requirements.

β β β β β Wow. I am baffled by the stark contradiction between the glowing reviews here with the service I myself experienced with this shop. Came here all the way from Cyberjaya to get complete furnishing for my new office since I was convinced by the reviews here.
I was attended with sheer hostility & rudeness, the lady was not even looking at me when answering my questions about the furnitures. Total absence of warmth & welcome in all of her reactions. Affordable price, yes I agreed, but people nowadays are not buying solely the price, the society are moving forward to buy values. And with this mediocre way you attended your customers, I can only wish you good luck.
I left the store since they obviously are not interested with making sales with me. Lesson learnt : do not simply believe what you read on Google reviews. Most of them can just be made up by friends who are just showing friendly support and not real customers?.
