I am currently using an Oki C530dn and it is very difficult to obtain a new toner from the near by reseller. Not one but most of them do not carry the toners for this model. Waiting time is 1 month! OMG! I never have this issue when using HP or Canon.
Also the drum is one whole piece design, I need to change the drum just because I used up black faster than other colors. This is very annoying and extremely super duper expensive because it costs more than RM500 for the drum.
Tme for me to move back to HP.
