★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor. I went today to buy some groceries. At the counter, the cashier asked me if I want plastic bag and I said yes, since I didn't bring my grocery's bag. Please have some common sense when the customer agreed to be charged for plastic bag, you can't dump everything in one bag!!! I can't even hold the plastic bag.. I have to request for another plastic bag. I bought 1 tray of eggs and I have to ask the cashier to tape it for me.. where is your common sense?? Do they have a proper training before they go on the floor?? Only one counter open and customer are queuing and your cashier can chatting with their other team members while I'm still there waiting he to finished packing my groceries. Even the eggs he don't know how to tape it and just put a tiny tape!!!!! So dissapointed!!! I just walk away with my groceries without a proper packing!!! Please hire a workers, not for chit chatting in front of the customer!!!
