★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are irresponsible. Ordered online as per their request,, waited half an hour and was informed the food needs to be ordered manually. The heck didn't even inform us and the staff were chatting on the phone! Very bad very bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended if customer want to order fast & eat fast. Slow service. Please train staff the ethics how to serve customer. Food & cutlery should be served together. Heard other customer complaint the same thing when I was there. Bad day for the team. Hope can improve service.

I asked about ordering and the waiter just looked at me and gave no reply. She also murmured audibly “main masukk je..”. The person at the entrance gave us permission after scanning, so we just masuklah. Rude.
The table next to us also received the wrong order. Others were also looking restless, maybe due to the long wait.
Simply ruined my breakfast. The least they could do is communicate. “Hi sir, sorry we r a bit understaffed/*issue*.” Basic. No wonder this branch has low ratings.

just because I'm using delivery, you can just sent my meal like this....lousy branch....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Old Town outlet must be the worst in Malaysia. The previous outlet opposite KPJ Ampang was 1000% better in their service and attentiveness compared to this newer outlet inside Ampang Point. Even before the fasting month, the service was very slow and simply not up to the brand's standard. My friend's and my food took 45 minutes to arrive. The reason given: Oh because it is from the special menu. Acceptable? I don't think so. Two other individual patrons who came much later than us got their food much faster. Also, some items were missing from our meal. We just couldn't bother and just ate our food since our lunchtime was almost up. You can check the CCTV (if any): 29 April 2022 (lunch hour). Total only 6-8 patrons at that time. Dear founder, please look into it as I really enjoy going to Old Town.
