β β β β β The food is alright... if they can get your order right.
It happened today. I was with my colleague. I ordered W602. Which is Chicken Chop with Mushroom Gravy. After 10 minutes the person that took my order, came back with mushroom soup. I thought it came as a set and did not paid too much attention to it. Then my colleague had her meal, tomyum soup, which was served in a coconut husk.
Anyway, I waited and waited and about half an hour of waiting, I just couldn't stand anymore, I asked what is the matter with my chicken chop? The answer was, I did not ordered Chicken Chop. I told her that I ordered W602. Which she replied, yes, W602 is mushroom soup. I went back to the table, and I took out the menu. I checked the code one more time, W602 is chicken chop, which is RM17.50, and comes with mushroom gravy and not black-pepper gravy.
I showed the person that took my order, then she said that i should say W600. The W600 is plain chicken chop and state in the ordering slip that I want with mushroom gravy. Now, at this point in time, I'm just too hungry to care and I didn't have the time to argue because it is my lunch break.
I'm just very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

β β β β β If you have never visited this place before, you might want to stop by to have a look. Overall the food is nice and it is comfortable. The interior design is simple and great pictures on the wall. The serving by the waiters is kinda of slow but anyhow they should be given a second chance.

Only service is a bit slow but ok can look at staff pushing themselves to give full energy.
It is normal short staffed.
