★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is clean and OK, but the food is not good. My kaya butter toast was served hard and cold. They agreed to reheat it but it just tasted bad. The kaya steam bun was served without the butter and kaya. The Chee Cheong Fun was so so. We didn’t order drinks so not sure about the beverage quality.
