★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever its raining, don't fret. This Oldtown franchise have a basement parking where you don't need to spill a single drop of rainwater on yourself parking, walk out of the car or even get to your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It got a basement carpark, so you dont have to get Wet on rainy days, food is the normal microwave stuff from their old town factory, so dont expect much, but since its factory made, so taste will be consistent. Nice place to hangout though.

- No proper separation between non-smoking area and smoking area.
- Has disturbing flies in the premise.

They used to close really early. Think it was due to shortage of staff. Now they open early and also let u stay late, even as long as u like at a designated section.
Overall a great place to chill with friends or to just do your own thing in a comfortable environment. Best Kaya Butter Toast in town!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there while waiting for my kids to swim. Good environment to have a cuppa. Place is spacious, well lit, well ventilated, great place to escape the heat.
However, palace could be cleaner and drinks could be hotter.
Why employ so many Foreigner's? Prefer to see more locals.
