★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went twice, saturday and sunday to the shop at Johor Jaya. Both times they were closed. Website stated they are open on saturday and sunday which were falsely advertised. Dont waste time going to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a set of water pond back in December 2018. Water started to leak out from the pond the next day, told the salesperson (name is Fion). Initial reply was "Sir is common, water mark will disappear soon". After the water mark spreads due to leaking, the reply becomes "Sir your water pond is outdoor, so it's common to have water mark". Just to make it clear, it is partially outdoor, hence not much exposure to rain water (probably few drops). Also, it's not like raining everyday here, yet I've never seen it totally dries up before. So I will need to live with a water pond that is totally wet, be it rain or shine.
Besides the water pond leaking issue, they charged RM280 for LED lights that they claimed to be waterproof. But spoiled within 1 month. After fixing, it spoiled again. Excuse given was out of warranty, hence not going to fix unless I'm willing to pay.
*Update*
Found out the issue of the supposedly waterproof LED lights. The installer is stupid enough to install a non waterproof transformer, in a non waterproof casing, and told me that's meant for outdoor.

I've posted the same review on their Facebook page, and guess what, they deleted my comment. I've posted legit questions, all they did was conveniently ignoring my questions, and deleting all those comments, hoping to cover themselves. This is a fine example of SCAMMERS
