Part 2: I have upgraded my review from a 2 star to a 5 star. The reason is pretty simple : A. The company listen to my complaints, took responsibility and make the necessary repair ASAP. B. Delivery time and lorry driver attitude : Excellent. Arrived early with good coordination and very polite. Answer my queries patiently. C. Due to concern over Covid and also stricter control in my apartment due to lift upgrading, the company was pretty flexible in making arrangements for the delivery of my sofa. ### I am now enjoying my new sofa at home. This is especially important when we are required to duduk diam diam di rumah as covid cases increases in Penang. =========///=====///========= Part 1: Sales team : Excellent End product: 1.Quick delivery. Sales team ask for 1-2 months but the sales coordinator called within 3 weeks for delivery. 2.Quality control below expectation. Although I must praise them for the quick delivery, I am disappointed because QC did not do a good job for me and unfortunately, quality and convenience are my utmost priority. I reminded not to rush and I did not even set an expected date of delivery but repeatedly ask them to take their time to create a good quality product as quality and good finishing was my priority and the reason I look to this company for. I have been to a few exhibitions some time ago and the quality displayed by this company then was excellent. As for now, they offered to take back and repack but it was lift upgrading at my apartment. Still a bit of coordinating to do. What happened next ? Delivery : Need to follow up on preferential date of delivery. Allow at least 1-2hours allowance if living in apartment. Mine was late and it was raining heavily. Luckily, I called earlier and made few reminders when I realised that the driver is in another town and thankfully, they managed to settle 5 minutes before the time allowed by management. Once confirmed, they sent on the date set. They even give the lorry phone number so that customer can follow up with the transporter easily.

They took my deposit for an order, and did not choose to tell us about payment policies. Now they are not making my order and not giving my money back! Bad company with poor customer service!

Same case, when purchase said leather, when complaint said synthetic. Product less than 3 year.

Very good quality sofa (my first set bought 8 or 9 years ago) still good (we do clean and apply leather protection lotion from time to time). Until now we bought 2nd set of sofa, the old one got some broken part, their customer service replied us promptly and get their technician to fix. To be honest not many factory can provide this kind of good service even after warranty period. Keep up the great job! Will continue support!
