★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the first time I set foot in a Korean cuisine cafe. For all you know, this is the only Korean food cafe that is halal in our country and owned by muslims.
You'll found out that this cafe does not import cooking ingredients or recipes from overseas suppliers but produces them themselves in their factories through R&D (research and development) methods.
Thank you for the information shared by one of the employees at the cafe, namely mr. Syahir. There is a lot of information that can open our eyes as locals who venture into this field of international cuisine. Yes, everything is not easy to make, surely they grew this business with a lot of effort and struggle.
A little bit of the history of this OmmaSon cafe, it has existed for the past ten years as a home -based business. Later it grew and became a factory and Korean food stalls were served on a small scale. It is in this factory that Korean food products are produced.
Apart from being used as a cooking ingredient in their cafe, it is also sold to customers who enjoy cooking Korean cuisine at home. The prices of the dishes served are also reasonable.
When I just arrived, I smelled the smell of cooking on the stove with a very appetizing smell. I will definitely be coming back with my family to enjoy authentic Korean food at this Cafe in the near future.
Not all Korean restaurants sell authentic and traditional cuisine as some have processed it with a hybrid of products from western countries. So, if you are a fan of real Korean food, you will definitely come here to dine. Here, everything is halal!
