★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this cafe for its cute, whimsical teddy-bear oriented decor and with good coffee, food and homemade icecream! Service is also prompt and attentive. Do try the handmade chicken meatballs with mashed potatoes, fried spaghetti with crispy mushrooms. Pork-free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice homemade meatball and brown sauce , very suitable for small eater like me . The mashed potato is not like fine but got nice texture with potato bites .So homie feelingss ~ Also happy with their new menu ! Will come again to try other new dishes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love your iced chocolate and iced latte! Your iced chocolate has a rich chocolate taste but it’s not sweet as imagined. Both iced and hot latte doesn’t comes with sugar (this is what latte should be).
The garlic buttermilk chicken chop with rice could be better if more gravy is given. Thyme chicken is good, while the mashed potatoes and the gravy is perfect. The chickens are juicy and well cooked.
The environment and the service are good. The price is reasonable for a cafe. I would visit again if I go to Seremban 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent my birthday lunch here at Once Upon A Bear cafe. Here, some of my experience:
Chicken chop: chicken itself was very tender and marinated to perfection which is delicious. But it was way too charred for me. Both side is covered with black surface indicating it was overdone on the outside. Inside however is moist and juicy. Overall I managed to finish the chicken and it was quite good. The egg is overdone and a bit hard to chew. The fries is the regular frozen fries as all other cafes used. The coleslaw is refreshing and delicious. The sauce is not bad as well, hope the curry leave and chili flavor is richer.
Tuna sandwich: the bread is crispy and the tuna filling is sufficient. Overall it is quite good. Fries and coleslaw are as mentioned above.
Beef burger: the patty is moist and delicious, and have the texture of a chicken patty in a good way. It is topped with lettuce, onion ring and a fried egg. Wedges are crispy but it is a bit dry on the inside.
Mud cake: the cake and the scoop of ice cream is RM 11 and it was quite worth for the price. The cake itself is not as moist as expected but it has a rich chocolate flavor. Towards the end, the chocolate felt a bit too much which I would hate to say as I am a chocolate lover. The decoration on the cake was beautiful and the cake works well with the ice cream.
Service: there is only one staff handling everything when I got there. but the service speed is ok. The problem is that I wasn’t feeling coffee or sweet drinks that day so I didn’t order any drinks. I was waiting the waiter to serve me plain water or something as usually it will be available for the customers. But instead I have to go and take it by my own at the counter and it was “HOT” water. And I have to pour it into a cup made of GLASS. I hope just tape water or boiled cold water can be serve next time I visit.
Environment: it is well decorated and is one of the most beautiful cafe that I have been in seremban.
