β β β β β Room was perfect , i booked it via airbnb but the checkin time was in afternoon 3 pm . We lost the whole day as we were so tired from previous night journey and did not have the place to freshen up also

β β β β β We booked via Airbnb and were on the 20th floor with a great view.
The apartment location is very central and nearby to the Jalan alor night street and other pubs. Convenient grocery shops and easy to use Grab car app for traveling. There is a bus stop right at the top of the road you could take the GO KL bus.

β β β β β It's a nice place , whenever I stopped by in KL , I would booked this place. Over the course of 4 months , I've stayed at this place for more than 7 times. However, the owners (Homes Asian) is extremely strict on having the guests checked out before 12 pm. Which , I often find an inconvenience despite being a regular guest here. I might look for another hotel.

β β β β β I stayed at 20-1 room. The scenery is fantastic. The view is good but some parts of the facilities need to be repaired. The drainage of shower, bathroom's door & washing machine.

β β β β β Loved the direct view of Merdeka 118 currently under construction. The downside of it though, is that the traffic gets out of control during peak hours. Situated in the midst of nightclubs other and late hotspots, KL-ians will know the struggle.

2. The room got so many cockroaches.. The 1st thing i saw on the table is cockroaches..

β β β β β Room is bad, I can't stay too many baby tiny COCKROACHES in bathroom, Fridge and on the bed!! The balcony is also so disgusting, look like have not been cleaned for ages. Mold growing in the bathroom too.
DO NOT STAY HERE !! Do not trust the images on AGODA!
PROPERTY DONT WANT TO REFUND!!
At 3.33PM property said Supervisor will arrange and Supervisor asked me to cancel online on agoda which I'm unable to perform on my side. At 7pm plus I messaged to inform them that I was still unable to cancel despite trying a million times online. So this is the miscommunication on their side. I was not interested for the free upgrade as i immediately booked another place. Property blamed me for informing late which is unfair. The SV didnt inform the management that i am not interested to stay at ONE CEYLON anymore.

β β β β β Very happy with the suite unit that comes with 2 bedrooms. Only drawback was air-conditioning is an issue as it is not cold. It has nice amenities like at-home. Location is less than 10 walk to bukit bintang and luckily is not noisy at night. Nice calm environment.
