Firstly, Good explanation on the problem we are facing on hair and sculp. Besides, professional treatment on the hair and sculp.. Worth for the pay.

My review after post 1 week treatment in 1 doc – Longest review I ever write in my life First, I register myself to one-doc since it keeps appear in my FB and promotional trial RM199 with free gift/promotional gift. And appoint given was 13-3-2021. I send message to the messenger in FB to ask about the price before I went but they reply stated that price need to depend on your skin after consultation When I reach, I was greeted by staff for SOP and later bring in a consultation room for consultation and consent. The women/staff that bring me and provide consultation, she never states her name or what her position – (but don’t sound like doctor – just common staff) She explained me the simple process on scar and acne and the ask on what my reason for come treatment. (This simple consultation is chargeable of rm 50 – which is more expensive than I visit clinic for my simple cough and cold if I din spend or buy any treatment on that day. I’m not sure under Malaysia Law, are they entitle to charge customer of RM50 for simple explanation, not even using flipchart or computer, just single A4 paper with a print black and white picture of skin layer.) The first thing, I was introduced to package 10x of rm12k – and I inform that the price is costly, so she given me choice 5x of rm9k and 3x RM6k. Gosh – they don’t understand what my meaning – Reducing frequency and price more expensive!!! I can afford the price even if is 10k, my consent is the price per time is costly. She told me that they charge expensive mean guarantee effective. The so called “consultation” didn’t mention why costly, what brand pico they use, what the serum used, but just simple inform each include, a hydra cleaner, extraction, numb cream, pico laser , serum, omega light and mask. I request that can I have a look in their computer if got any demo but she says don’t have. I sit for few moments to consider whether worth or not and ask her on the trial RM199. She told me the RM199 just a superficial step only involves 3 steps as compare to the real package. I inform her that I wish to try the effect first and whether I can accept the laser or not. Instead of proceeding to RM199, the staff suggest me the trial of RM699 which can try all the step as the actual package. I agreed and then start my treatment – for roughly 90 minutes (I only briefed in here when the process begin, which I think should brief be during consultation session before we decide to proceed) After finished the RM699 treatment, and when I wish to pay, she suggests me to paid RM301 deposit so I can secure the promotional package or maybe exchange product in future. I told her promotional item shouldn’t use customer deposit to secure it, or else it should not be call as promotional!! The lady intonation changes – say later you won’t get the promotional if come next time. I didn’t being offer any free gift as mention in the Facebook advertisement – what so called RM250 serum, I rush out since I don’t feel comfortable and not enjoy the service here. Later back home, I post to their messenger to ask this whether I’m entitle any march promotion free gift – they say Yes and ask for my phone number and I already provide to them in the messenger. Now already 1 week – no one call me back, i don’t mind don’t get any gift. This is my first experience of Rm699 trial with no free gift laser treatment in this shop and will be the last. * This is what I encounter during my visit and merely my own experience only – I don’t condemn or critics any of the process, but just my honest review

It was an incredible experience during my first visit. It's my second visit here now. The consultants explained what my skin needs very clearly. They were very considerate, kind and of course professional. The treatments may be a bit pricey but I believe they are definitely going to show results. They do offer good packages, so watch out for that. I see small changes but I'm sure I'll see more after my next few treatments. Thank you.

Not friendly… too harsh and arrogant They didn’t tell me my next appointment

I went to this place for scalp treatment but before i wana try try their product.. they already push me to buy their package rm 3888.. When i refuse politely.. they never let me go till to try their product which cost rm400, whereas that rm400 treatment was the promoted treatment for rm99 for first trial including consultation… Even after the trial.. before they even blow my hair.. with the drench hair, they still push me to buy their package, when i said i dun wana buy, they offered me with lower package, they were bargaining till i said ok.. and made me pay rm500 in order to continue the 3 section treatment which cost rm 1000.. I felt scammed..for those who did not afford to pay this kind of money.. pls make wiser choice.. and for some who really need hair care.. pls prepare good amount of money before getting your treatments.. But to me, this have became a lesson.. hope u get from mine..
