★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did laser treatment,only one time, remaining 9times,for first time the result is bad,my laser supposed don't have side affect because this is not like the normal laser, but as my friend said,it will have a good result during the third time,so I'll wait for it,if it is good,I will change the result and rating.hope for the best...

Professionalism - zero
As many of you all, i got to know from insta ads as the rm199 promo caught my attention. I therefore went for the consultation and they advised that the promo does not suit my face and suggested a ten time treatments for rm8k ish. I couldn’t do 10 times as i am going overseas and my time is limited. They then suggested 5 and went down to 4 treatments. I refused at first because i dont believe if it will be effective with just 4 treatments? Anyways, kudos to the sales girl i proceeded with the one time trial for rm1k. After the trial, i was convinced to opt for the three more treatments (and paid thousands more) They said there would be no downtime and side effects but as for me, I experienced redness, dryness and itchiness for almost a week and it was VERY uncomfortable. I communicated with then via WhatsApp and they said they don’t do refunds. I followed up and told them that the treatment doesn’t suit me and my skin is sensitive towards it and they still refuse to process my refunds. I followed up again and asked if they could forward me to HQ who might be able to assist and i was ignored since then. Been following up and is still being ignored. Let’s just say I’ve been trying to get my refund since 25th March and have not succeeded since.
