โ โ โ โ โ Be ready to burn a hole the size of a volcano in your pocket if you are going for hairloss treatment . Treatment are not only expensive, the results are at best microscopic with no visible results . Went in hopeful for a proper treatment , spent near 30k , didn't get to see a proper aesthetic doctor. The whole journey was attended by non medical people who are well trained to push sales .

โ โ โ โ โ Please learn how to treat your customers before treating their skin/hair problems. Mind you, I had already paid ONE THOUSAND AND EIGHT HUNDRED RINGGIT for their pico laser treatment set which I was promoted to (rather forcefully). How was the treatment? Honestly, just averageโฆ hence why I was planning to have no more treatments with them. However, today, knowing that it was my last day of therapy, they decided to pump more money from me, forcing me to pay the deposit for another treatment set that I have countlessly said NO to. Please take note that providing great customer service can generate more marketing and sales opportunities if you want your business to survive in the long run.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been coming here for my hair growth treatment since November 2021. I have been to a few places before this but needless to say this is far the best. My hair growth is substantial and results are visible in such short time. Products are top quality and staff are very friendly. Especially to Miss Soo Cheng, she's very attentive and friendly. Keep up the good work. Would definitely recommend one doc to any family or friends.
