One of the 3 large electrical appliances store in the neighbour hood.
Newly open with major brands and types of appliances.
They do have lightings showroom on the 2nd floor too.

โ โ โ โ โ That malay girl staff really give me bad service, i ask question also gv me wrong basic knowledge and also like not happy to service me.
But got one younger chinese staff explain me knowledge very details, friendly and nice price given to me,he had give nice service to me.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a LG fridge model no. LG GN-C702HLCC (ard RM 3k altogether in a bill) on 22nd Oct, 2021 with this irresponsible company.
During purchase, the sales person was very helpful and told us that any issue they're there to help us.
Upon receival of the fridge, we want to verify on the fridge condition, however, we've been told that we're not allowed to turn on the electricity and put on some stuff in it in order to accept the order. We accepted.

Putting in same food, around 60% occupied the fridge, it's a huge fridge, we noticed the door of the fridge is slanted and cannot close properly and is with friction sound. You got to use some force in order to close the door. It did not happen to our previous fridge (used for around 8 years), 100% stuffed.

With this, we contacted One Living Sdn. Bhd. for help. The company helped to submit extended warranty, which in fact, it should not be warranty.

LG technicians (a Chinese and an Indian man) told us that it's normal with guilty on his face. After checking and creating louder friction sound when closing the fridge door, they ran away.
We look fro One Living for help again, sadly, the company told us they're not going to be responsible for this incident. As well as asked us to contact LG service center directly.

We went to the outlet again seeking for help. The sales assistant who sold us this fridge was absent. We were attended with a guy sales assistant with very rude and irresponsible response.
We strongly hope that LG is replacing a new unit to us as this is totally unfair to us as consumer who just get the fridge for 1 night and next day the door is slanted.
Frustrated with the service of this company as well as LG.
