★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales delivered better on the value, but not with their logistic delivery. Booking made to deliver include complete fixing by morning, until late evening also haven't even reach their delivery. Before this, I have even experience a hard time to get coordinate their deliver and installing team, by my full commitment. Their logistic team seems more intended to ruin their ratings. So I gave 1, cause this is what they are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seller assistant is helpful n committed but i found the price is not that reasonable even after they give so called discount. One should do research (compare prices bwt diff stores) to get d best for ur pocket. Lesson learnt to myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agreed with some comments here that prices are much more expensive than elsewhere. Please do your price research before you buy. Just bought a Faber twin gas stove for RM260 after some so call discount. Upon checking with a supermarket and other stores nearby same model only going for between RM170 to RM190.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sales Personnel patiently explained the product- washing machine to us, and helpful in arranging the delivery. Also, the delivery men are professional in removing the old washing machine and install the new one for us. We are very satisfactory with the service, and will come back to purchase other electrical products in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought gas stove here. Sales guy been really helpful. Discount given quite nice. But the price actually could’ve been much lower than the one he gave after discounted, after riki online. The guy said will give pipe hose, regulator n other free but all fake promises only.
