★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible building management and security. Biased and rude when demanding cars that are waiting for passenger to leave drop-off driveway even though not obstructing traffic, and have only been waiting there for 5 mins.
Furthermore, they only do this for certain cars. I have personal witnessed both guards and management personnel turning a blind eye to other cars that parked there and waited for half an hour or more.

Offices are also spacious and & there is good privacy for each individual unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is absolutely a NIGHTMARE. There are many shops and each shop has 2 private carparks. Otherwise, roadside parking is full with office workers or reserved parking. Pffftt
