β β β β β Laptop was fixed (format) within 3 days, receptionist was polite.
However, if you're planning on calling them, be prepared to be greeted with rudeness. They picked up only after the 3rd call, with a rude tone nonetheless.
Apart from that, everything else is fine.

β β β β β My Asus laptop's battery bloated and contacted Asus, they directed me to this service centre to get the repair service.
After contacted One Service Republic, they given me the repair timeline which is around two weeks time (includes order pass and fixing). The timeline is totally unacceptable for me whereby the battery replacement is easy and doesn't need such a long time!
After checked online and refer to Youtube guideline, I decided to buy the battery online and replace it my own. Ended up I replaced the battery successful! My conclusion is, the fixing doesn't need half an hour (if you are a skillful technician) but they prolong the repair timeline to two weeks. It is such unacceptable.
Anyway, I am happy now whereby I can save the labour cost charge by them (RM100) and also no need to take the risk of information leaking when I pass my laptop to others. If you are facing battery problem, I suggest you to search Youtube (based on your laptop model) to check whether it's easy to replace the battery. If yes, just go ahead to buy battery and tools for fixing and repair it yourself, save money, save time and more secure!
My review here doesn't mean to smash their rice bowl but to highlight what I faced. Besides, providing alternative way to customer if facing laptop issue. Don't forget, we are currently at technology era, many information we can just grab from web, not easy to be fooled.

β β β β β Laptop fixed very quickly. Dropped on Friday. Ready for pick-up on Monday. My Wifi didn't work. Unfortunately they had to reformat my hard disk. Thankfully I had backed up all my data. Please remember to do that before you send it in. The attendants at the counter were a little gruff. Maybe that's why some others had poor experiences. I'm happy they solved my problem quickly.

β β β β β Personally, I did not experience the bad experience the others have here. For the sake of google, I am showing the latest of how their office looks like. It is at the 6th floor of Endah Parade mall. Just take the elev straight and turn left when getting off the elevator. Its clean and nice and there's a waiting lounge. In terms of actual accommodation, their frontdesk Yogi is very welcoming and attentive. She tends to be loaded sometimes when there are too many to attend to but she is just doing very well. The actual repair.. my ASUS motherboard died and warranty almost expiring. They immediately processed my service order and had the part replaced. Yogi had kept in touch with me during the entire repair process. It took days as they had to wait for the replacement part shipped over. I specifically requested they do not format my hardrive since I knew the symptoms does not involve a hard drive issue. They did not format it. They called me when the laptop was repaired and ready for pickup. That good quite frankly. When I picked it up I checked and everything was how it was except that it's already working again. No part replaced nothing missing.. personal files untouched and unaccessed. Excellent! My next laptop would continue to be ASUS just bec they have One Service Republic as their service center partner. Trustworthy and confident with their service! Special thanks to Yogi their receptionist.

β β β β β Got my Xiaomi Poco phone that is still under warranty to fix here. Phone dead after OTA update. They fix it for free within 2 days. Also no queueing when sending phone in and collect phone. I am satisfied.

β β β β β Everything good and fast! From the start, i saw so many bad reviews and abit worry but everything is fine so far! They will request window password for final qc checking,I have checked with ASUS customer service and its normal process so its normal for giving them the password.

β β β β β Laptop broke. Can't fix on my own. Sent to repair and charged me total about RM300 even though it's within warranty period. Now it's fixed within a few days, good. But my laptop screen when I got it back looks like the technician is eating KFC when repairing my laptop. I can't get it clean even after spending 30 minutes wiping it. Clearly they're not wearing gloves. Very unprofessional. Charge RM100 labor but can't afford to buy gloves? Please keep other people's belongings clean. Do check this before taking yout laptop home and if this happens just ask them to clean it for you.
