★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time to be your turn, takes a very long time since there are only 2 people working. There are not enough chairs for customers to sit down because there are only 6 sits available. No doubt the service is fast and the customer service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the technician here ever say ur "all-the-while-been-well" laptop now has hard disk problem, and the hard disk cannot be format, and YOUR DATA CANNOT BE RETRIEVED, DONT TRUST THEM.
I feel the technician here is not very competent. I end up sending my so called corrupt hard disk to Meadow pelangi, and the technician able to retrieve the data without any fuss.
Meadow guy even say the hardisk wasnt corrupt, it was only hit with errors.
